When I (Demetrius Pinder-Webmaster) started this website while in college, I saw a lack of online tools available from my Career Services department and decided to create Getnoticedfirst.com as a senior project. Since graduating in 2004, I decided to take GetNoticedFirst.com to the next level and opened it up to the world.
